If we made a mistake on your order or if there is a problem withe the products we sold to you, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges you incur in returning the product. Please call us at (719) 481-4594 to help us meet your needs and arrange for replacement or refund before shipping the product back to us.
If you received an order that was “as advertised” with no issues with the product but still want to return it, we accept unopened products for a full refund minus shipping fees if returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns on opened products except as specified above.
